Named after an alternative country artist and raised in a rural corner of New Hampshire, Lyle Hutchins always knew he wanted to be a musician. His songs, inspired by artists like Bon Iver, Ruston Kelly and Snail Mail, offer a unique blend of cathartic Alternative Rock, Americana, and Folktronica that simultaneously tugs on your heartstrings and forces you to crack a wrysmile. Over the years, Lyle has gone on to study Popular and Commercial Music at Loyola University New Orleans. With the end of his time at college in New Orleans, Lyle released his debut album Flatlander, a fourteen-song narrative which explores the beauty and danger of nostalgia, homesickness and heartbreak, underscored by the trials and tribulations of pursuing an often misunderstood career in music. Since then, Lyle has:

• Toured in the northeast & southeast including Troy, NY, Peterborough, Keene, Hopkinton, Portsmouth, & Nashua, NH, Brattleboro, VT, Turners Falls, MA, and New Orleans, Covington & Mandeville, LA.
• Performed at many large scale events including French Quarter Festival (24,000+ attendees), twice at Freret Street Festival (19,000+ attendees), New Orleans Coffee Festival, and Ozone Songwriter Festival.
• Shared stage with Alex Bachari, Noah Kahan’s bassist & band director.
• Was sponsored to attend Americanafest in 2023 where he formed more than 20+ industry connections and will be returning to perform during the conference in 2026.
• Had the music video for his song “M.I.A” reach 55 thousand views and 5k likes on Youtube and screened at Arlington International Film Festival (Arlington, MA) and MMM Film Fest (Hanover, PA.)
• Independently released his debut album Flatlander to 53,945 streams.
• Appeared on WTUL & Howl Radio (New Orleans, LA) and Matt Connarton’s Unleashed show on 95.3 FM (Manchester, NH.)
